Trapped – a roleplaying game remembering the Triangle Shirtwaist Factory
A downloadable game
On March 25, 1911, in just fifteen minutes, 146 workers in the Triangle Shirtwaist Factory died because of greed. The dead left behind families they supported, dreams of a better life, and the hope to finally escape from poverty and oppression. Where these workers came from, what they aspired for, and what kept them physically and socially trapped is what this game comes to explore. You will play as an employee for a company, dealing with juggling your job, your dreams, and your struggles. This game does require manual dexterity.
This game is still in development - please keep an eye here for the latest updates, including where you can play the game before it is released.

I’ve just come across this documentary about it https://www.blowbackproductions.com/triangle-remembering-the-fire
Thank you for posting!
I had the great fortune to play Trapped at Metatopia 2019 and loved everything about it. Avraham has managed to capture deep historical relevance to player created content while revealing the impact of systems of labor and exploitation in our everyday lives. Highly recommend!
That was an amazing game, thank you for your beautiful comment!
